Why she writes

‘Breathe and Keep Up’  recognizes the duality that we may sometimes feel. On one hand, we feel the desire to slow down, find balance – to stop and take a breath – in a world that at times feels hectic, loud and overwhelming. And on the other hand, there is the desire to be a part of all the excitement and creativity; to run and fulfill our highest potential – to keep up – and not be kept down.

This site aspires to bring insight on how we can do both.
