A group class can provide great group energy and motivation but a daily self-practice is the way to integrate the work and create powerful physical and mental strength.

- breathing exercises to reduce stress and anxiety
- active postures that build strength, flexibility and improve your health (circulation, digestion, respiration, immune function)

- access to videos that include key exercises for your daily practice
