Pay-what-you-can Private Classes


A group class can provide great group energy and motivation but a daily self-practice is the way to integrate the work and create powerful physical and mental strength.

Do not let price be a hindrance. We can find a way to make it work for your budget.

Contact me for a private session (1 – 1.5 hours) which includes the following:

  • breathing exercises to reduce stress and anxiety
  • active postures that build strength, flexibility and improve your health (circulation, digestion, respiration, immune function)
  • meditation
  • deep relaxation
  • access to videos that include key exercises for your daily practice
